| Call first to confirm suitability of the tour and to deal with possible room sharing arrangements or other special requirements. Then send in the registration form and a $200.00 deposit per participant.
The tour fee includes lodging, all breakfasts, about 2/3rds of all the lunches and dinners per tour, all modes of transportation on each tour, which could include trains, vans, trams & ferries. The cost of hiring the mountain guide to ascend the Dachstein is not included. Each participant is responsible for the cost of his/her air transportation to Europe. The total cost of any Multi-Sport Tour or Individual Tour is provided on a yearly rate sheet. Payments may be made by either check or money order (no credit cards, sorry) payable to Christine Kiffmann. The tour cost must be Paid in Full by May 1st of each year. |

| Persons registering before February 28th will receive a $100 REDUCTION on the current price on any Multi-Sport Tour. This will assure that your favorite trip combination is available. A completed Registration form, a signed Release of Liability form and your deposit ($200) must be received by February 28th. |  |

| Non-Refundable Cancellation Fee: If cancelled after April 1st, $100; after May 1st, $200; after June 1st, $300; and after June 15th, $500. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and charge the cancellation fee if an account is past due. Transfer of registrations may be accepted at our discretion for a transfer fee of 50% of the applicable cancellation fee.
The cost is not pro-ratable if a participant leaves the tour early. All participants are responsible for their own safety and will release us from liability before registration has been completed. Any correspondence regarding registration, deposit(s) and payment(s) will be submitted in writing. We encourage the purchase of trip insurance if you want to cover the risk of an untimely problem jeopardizing your trip. |
